Repair/ Refunds
If your nails become scratched or misshaped we will fix them if you notify the salon within 24 hours of the service. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service. We will not be responsible for any breaking, lifting or infected nails. Re-fills/ Re-base is recommended to be done every two weeks to ensure the health of your nails. If you damage the original design a charge will apply for repairs. We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.
We will redo any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we've done, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails. We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of the damage that you have caused. For example due to your own lack of care ( in that they are broken, chipped or start to lift).
Please be aware: for clients that have excessive natural nail bed oils, most products will come off easier and quicker. We highly recommend that you come in sooner than the normal expected time to redo your service to ensure the quality of your nails. We will not be responsible for something that we're unable to control. Thank you for your support and understanding.
